Our Story

Built with Military Precision

A veteran-owned business that does the work right, tells you the truth, and stays after launch.

Why Ty Started Syntro

Syntro Solutions was founded by Ty Meder, a U.S. Army veteran with 8 years of hands-on experience in IT and cybersecurity.

He kept seeing the same thing: good service businesses missing calls, losing leads they paid for, and paying for software that didn't fix the problem. Syntro exists to fix that.

Every build carries the standard the Army drilled into him: attention to detail, reliability under pressure, and integrity. No shortcuts. No overpromising. Nothing ships that we wouldn't put our name on.

Today Syntro helps service businesses answer more calls, follow up faster, and win back lost jobs. One-person shop or growing team, you work with Ty directly.

What We Stand For

The standards we hold on every project and every call.

Attention to Detail

We test every step before you see it, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Reliability

We watch what we build and fix what breaks, so you never have to wonder if it's running.

Integrity

We tell you what we can do, then do it. If something isn't the right fit, we'll say so, even if it means less business for us.

Why Businesses Choose Syntro

Military Discipline

Clear plans, set dates, and follow-through. You always know what happens next.

Security Built In

8 years in cybersecurity means security is part of every build from day one, not added later.

Built Around You

Everything is set up around how your business works, not forced into a template. You pay for what you need, nothing more.

We Stay After Launch

Every month we keep it working, fix what breaks, and update it as your business changes.
