What Your AI Receptionist Does
A missed call is usually a job that goes to the next company on the list.
When you're on a roof, under a sink, or with a customer, you can't pick up. Your AI receptionist can. It knows your services, hours, and service area, and handles each call the way you would.
- You choose when. Every call, only after hours and weekends, or only the calls you miss.
- Answers questions. Only from the facts you give it.
- Books the job. Books, moves, and cancels appointments on your calendar.
- Sends you the calls that need you. Transfers them to your phone with the caller still on the line.
- Takes messages. The caller's name, number, and reason, sent to you.
How It Works
A Free Call With Ty
We talk through your services, your hours, the calls you get, and which ones should come straight to you.
We Build It Around Your Business
Your receptionist learns your business details and connects to your calendar. You don't set anything up yourself.
We Test It Before It Answers Anyone
We run it through test calls first, so the first caller it talks to is not the one who finds a problem.
It Goes Live, and We Keep It Running
Point your calls at it and get back to work. When your services, hours, or prices change, we update it for you.
AI Receptionist Questions
What is an AI receptionist?
It is a phone answering system that talks with callers in a natural voice. It can answer questions about your business, book appointments, take messages, and transfer calls, any hour of the day.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
Our pricing has 3 parts: a one-time setup fee, a flat monthly fee, and a per-minute rate for the time it spends on calls. There are no minute bundles, no tiers, and no long-term contract. You get the exact numbers for your business on a free call.
Who is it for?
Service businesses that lose jobs when nobody picks up, like roofers, contractors, and home service companies. Hear our roofing receptionist demo on the home page.
Does it have to answer every call?
No. You choose: every call, only after hours and weekends, or only the calls you miss. With the last choice your phone rings first, and if you don't pick up, your receptionist answers instead of voicemail. It is a forwarding setting on your phone line, and we send you the steps for your carrier. If your line can't switch on a schedule, the missed-calls choice covers nights and weekends too, since nobody picks up then. You pay per minute only for calls it answers, so the last 2 choices cost less.
What happens when a caller needs a real person?
It transfers the call to your phone with the caller still on the line. If you can't pick up, it takes the caller's details so you can call them back.
How is this different from an answering service or a phone-system add-on?
An answering service bills you for people taking messages, and a phone-system add-on leaves the setup to you. We build your receptionist around your business, connect it to your calendar, test it, and keep it updated for you. In our own test calls to other AI receptionists' demo lines on October 3, 2026, ours was the only one that booked the caller into a real calendar time.
Do you work with businesses outside Ohio?
Yes. We're based in Parma, Ohio, near Cleveland, and set it up for businesses anywhere in the United States.
